Refunds and Exchanges

All purchases are final. If the item is damaged, you may exchange the item within 30 days. In the event that you do have to return a damaged item, please follow the following steps:

  1. Email [email protected] and attach a picture and explanation of the damaged item.
  2. We will send you a shipping label.
  3. Send the item within 2 days of receiving the label.
  4. Email [email protected] and let us know the package has been sent.
  5. When we receive your item, we will send you a replacement for the damaged item.
