Hi, my name is Daniel and at my school we have a Buddy Bench. We had this student that wanted to see one of the counselors about a great idea he had. He told them that we could have a Buddy Bench where someone needs a friend they go and sit on it, then someone can come and make friends with them. Since I’m in student council, we get to sell ice cream to the other kids. We decided that with that money we had earned from selling ice cream, we would use it for the Buddy Bench and could get a permanent sign to put on the bench. I think that the Buddy Bench will be a great success in the coming years and is a great success right now.
