The Best Zucchini Bread Recipe

This is the best Zucchini Bread ever! Hands down! Last week I told you about my 56 donuts escapade and my great Aunt who taught me a lot about cooking! I happened to mention that she had a special zucchini bread recipe that included a SECRET ingredient. I hummed and hawed all week deciding if I should share it and I gave in! So you are in luck! And just so you know…I have wandered off the path a few times into the field of zucchini bread recipes but have repented and come back never to stray again! It is simply the best and that’s that! So go make the best zucchini bread recipe today!

Zucchini Bread

Bake 350 for 40 minutes

2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups grated zucchini
2 Tbsp crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ½ cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. cloves

Topping
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. butter
½ cup sugar

Mix together your sugar, eggs and oil. Then add your zucchini and pineapple. Stir together and add vanilla. Mix your dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly pour your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients and mix together. Pour batter into a bread pan for a large loaf or two pans for shorter loaves. Sprinkle with the topping. Then place in oven and bake for 40 minutes! Enjoy!
